It's a bit complicated but here is how it works

Suns get Markkanen plus the least favorable of the 2028 picks, a top 10 2027 Wolves pick and a 2027 2nd rounder to the Suns. This comes with an extension for Markkanen plus room to use their mle and use a portion of the 30 mill tpe they just created.

76ers use cap space and draft capital to aquire KD. It leaves them with very little room to fill out the roster but they do have 2 picks in the draft that could be used. If the Jazz wanted him they could also get Paul Reed.

The Jazz lose Markkanen in his final year but in return they get the 76ers 2026 pick, the more favorable of the 76ers and Cavs 2028 pick, the 2 more favorable of the 2029 picks from the Clippers, 76ers and Cavs, the 76ers 2028 and 2030 2nd rounders, the 2030 76ers frp and the more favorable of the Jazz and 76ers 2031 pick.
