Hawks "have" Kings' pick, but it's guaranteed to go to Sacramento. Ignore them in this trade.

If Kings end up with 13 (it's almost guaranteed), and Toronto falls to 9 or 10, could Sacrmaento shed cap and trade up in the draft to draft someone like Stephon Castle? Huerter, Vezenkov, and even Trey Lyles could be thrown in this trade to move up and shed cap for resigning Monk or getting literally anyone in this FA pool.

What is your opinion on this?
