minor but beneficial trade

SUCCESS

Blazers - it’s clear that Portland needs added 3pt shooting, and Hauser is exactly that. he can soak up back up minutes at the 3, 4 or 2 spots and bomb 3’s while not being a horrible defender.

Celtics - the obvious goal for Boston this summer is to duck under the 2nd apron. while this singular trade doesn’t accomplish that, it puts them much closer to doing so. only having to burn one 2nd round pick to clear 10 million in salary is good value.

Nets - as the only team with cap space this summer, Brooklyn does good here by picking up two 2nd round picks to absorb the expiring contract of Thybulle. not only are the picks beneficial, but Thybulle could potentially be rerouted to a contender for additional value, as defensive minded wings who aren’t horrible shooters are always a hot commodity.

this trade genuinely seems to benefit every team, would love to hear y’all’s thoughts!
