Everybody you drafted you keep permanently unless you trade or waive them. In the auction you keep them until their contract is up. Instead of dollars, you sign them with auction points. You start with 75, but some people might have less if they already traded them. There is no max number of points you can sign them to. Just remember that you only have 75. The players users bid on are added to the roster after one day and the list of players shorten to who were not signed that day.
