Pacers

Pacers

+2 players ($22.9m),
Cap Impact - $16.3M

-5  Wins

-22.76  MPG

-0.84  Off.

-0.52  Def.

Kings

Kings

+1 player ($27.0m) +4 picks,
Cap Impact + $4.7M

-2  Wins

-2.60  MPG

-0.55  Off.

+1.21  Def.

Note: Due to Brogdon's extension, this deal would have to happen in the off-season. Celtics would pick on behalf of the Kings with the players being sent to the Kings and not necessarily the 2 draft picks

Celtics

Brown + Horford + 1st rounder + 2nd rounder for Brogdon, Barnes, and Turner. Celtics get shooting, defense, and play-making. New starting lineup is:

  1. Smart

  2. Brogdon

  3. Tatum

  4. Barnes

  5. Turner

They are able to keep their bench intact, while adding Timelord to the bench unit. After the 2022 draft the Celtics will have all of their draft picks available to trade.

Pacers

Brogdon + Turner + 1st rounder + 2nd rounder for Brown. Pacers choose to keep Sabonis. If they are able to keep Warren, then they have a good start having 2 2-way wings and a play-making center. They'd need to find a PG though. Brown fits their timeline better than Brogdon. Is this too expensive for the Pacers? I might be leaning yes, but idk.

Kings

Barnes for 2 first rounders + 2 2nd rounders + filler. I think 2 firsts and 2 2nd's is fair for Barnes. Horford would have to be fully guaranteed, but he'd also be an expiring contract.

Overall

Not sure if this makes the Celtics contenders for not. They do have the ability to improve their bench as they kept most of their draft picks. Are the Pacers giving too much? This is the one I go back and forth on. I think the deal is fair for the Kings, but I also know they really like Barnes. What do you think needs to change to make things fair?
