Why for the Knicks? They use Randle, the 23 Dallas pick and their 11th pick to land Ivey and net a late first as well. Both Plumlee and McDermott are cap fillers but could be nice options off the bench.

Why for the Hornets? They use the 13th pick and Plumlee's expiring to fill a major hole they've had the last few years. JP is a very good rebounding/defensive center and won't require many touches on offense. Only question I have on the Hornets side is their cap space as Bridges, Melo, PJ are all gonna need to get paid soon.

Why for the Spurs? The Spurs are not going to resign Poeltl and have too many picks in this year's draft. This grade allows them to get value for both and get off the rest of McDermott contract, buying low on a player a year removed from a 2nd All NBA Team appearance. Randle is also from Texas so the change of scenery might be what he needs to get back to form.

Why for the Kings? Jaden Ivey doesn't want to play in Sacramento so unless they LOVE Keegan Murray they need to get value for the pick. The trade allows them to pick up multiple picks this year as well as Dallas' 23 1st on top of a player who was chosen in the top 10 just a few years back. Cam also plays a position where they are in desperate need of help
