Lakers trade Kuz and sign and trade Harrell for Eric Gordon and Daniel House. Lakers arent going to make any splashy moves this offseason, so this trade works for both teams. Rockets are going through a youth movement and eric gordon and daniel house do not fit in anymore. Kyle Kuzma is a player with upside, did not have the best fit next to AD and Lebron but also averaged 20 a game not too long ago. Rockets would like Harrell becuase he is a big personality and someone that can come off your bench and get 15-20 a night. Lakers - sign dwight for the minimum and bring him back as the promised starter. Sign Dennis as well, lakers can not let him walk for nothing, there is room for a potential sign and trade but cannot let him walk. Also Lakers get Doug Mccdermott for the mid level exception. Bring back AC and THT. This team bolsters the shooting and gets a athletic big again. This team is a much better fit around Lebron and AD.
