Bledsoe is not the same player he use to be. Trading for Wall will give PG13 better help and still makes them title contenders while Kawhi is out for the start of the season, and once Kawhi comes back, they might be the favorites.

They trade Wall’s fat contract to a contender (just like he asked for) for a bunch of young guys, who can prove to be great players, if given better develop. Also, for the moment, it improves their bench.

As good as Patrick Leonard was his rookie year, I still believe it would be better if he still came off the bench to develop a bit more. Adding Morris to the Bulls gives them that perfect starting 5 and makes them better contenders than they were before.
