This will definitely need picks but as a base trade I think this is pretty well balanced for what each team is wanting to do imo. A Nets legend returns and gives them a major boost in defense while they can then develop Sharpe to be their C of the future. Bucks get another younger player who can be a dpoty and would be a great fit next to Giannis. Pacers get wing help and add depth to the front court as well.
