WHY SPURS DO IT:
They wanted Markkanen last year, so I'm pretty sure they would be happy to get him. Then a decent young player, #14 and an expiring contract.
WHY PISTONS DO IT:
JB stays in Dallas, so Sexton is the plan B. McBuckets is a perfect fit for Cade, then #13 and #45.
WHY CAVS DO IT:
They get the "final piece": Garland, (Okoro or LeVert), Bridges, Mobley, Allen.
They paid the highest price of the trade but also get the best player, while capitalizing on a player they don't want (Sexton) who could simply sign with Pistons for free.
WHY CHARLOTTE DO IT:
In a scenario where Bridges wants to leave, they "save the day" by getting not only his replacement but the center they need, too. Also, a decent bench player and pick #39.
Starting 5: LaMelo, Rozier, Hayward, Grant, Poeltl
