Celtics are kind of stuck at the moment, this is a move to improve their team and get them to that next level. John Wall will suit up and be the starting point guard and finally gets them a pass-first guy at the point guard position. Wood upgrades the center position, Kevin Porter adds scoring to the bench, and Dieng is a depth bench piece that brings size and shooting. Both Wood and Porter's character issues are a concern, but playing on a contender should remedy that. TLC is also there for depth and shooting.

Rockets get rid of Kevin Porter and Wood to change the culture of what's become a toxic locker room. They also finally get rid of Wall's contract. Gallinari and Soloman Hill are two nice vets in the locker room. They may have to still take on Gallo's deal, but it is only half as bad as the Wall one, so its not bad. They get two young players like Reddish and Langford. Both with high potential and have a chance to develop in bigger roles. They also get a two FRP.
EDIT: This trade should be two FRPs going to Houston from Boston.

Hawks improve their D in a big way by getting Smart and Horford. They also bring experience to the Hawks that don't have much outside of last season. Getting rid of Gallo's contract is good too, even if they have to take on Horford who unlike Gallo can help them as a team.
