Trade 1: PF Nassir Little for PF O’Shae Brissett, and the 54th and 60th pick in the draft
The Pacers get a defensive wing who could be a solid bench piece. He fits well next to Sabonis and Turner, and could maybe eventually become the SF of the future.
The Blazers get 2 late 2nd rounders to get picks in this draft. They also get Brissett, who lately has looked like a solid energy forward.
Trade 2: SF Cam Reddish to the Blazers for SG CJ Elleby, a 2023 top 5 protected 1st, and a 2022 2nd.
The Hawks have too many wings with Huerter, Bogdanovic, Hunter, and Gallinari. Kris Dunn will be coming back and will knock Reddish out of the rotation, so they might as well trade him.
The Blazers take a chance on Reddish. He could learn from Robert Covington and become the PF of the future. He fits great on the bench between Snell and Jones Jr, and he could be great.
Free Agency
Resign Backup Center Enes Kanter for 2 yrs 13.4 million
He was really good for them, and is kind of like Nurkic insurance
Resign Norman Powell to 4 yrs 80 million
He has been fantastic, maybe even better than McCollum. This is a great offer for both Powell and the Blazers.
Sign Tony Snell to a minimum
He offers mentorship for Reddish, and offers 3+D ability at a cheap price off the bench.
Draft
Draft Ibou Dianko Badji with the 54th pick
A giant center with insane athleticism, would most likely be on a 2 way
Draft Daishen Nix with pick 60
A bigger point guard who can pass and finish, but needs to improve his shooting. Would be on a two way.
