They get out from under the Bertans contract and get a very quality upgrade at the 5 position. The price does seem steep because, depending on what happens to Beal, that future Wiz pick could be very valuable.

Pacers

Sucks to take on Bertans, but it's hard to know what teams will actually give them 2 first rounders. Also, that future Wiz pick could be more valuable than any pick they get from the Hornets/Raps/Mavs/whomever.

Overall

Not sure about Turner's value. I don't really see him as someone being worth 2 first rounders, but if a team can dump a contract, then it's definitely worth it, even if the future pick could be the most valuable trade asset in the deal.
