Bucks essentially replace Brook with Wendell Carter Jr and replace Middleton with BI. Pelicans get a stretch big next to Zion. Magic get an offensive piece who fits next to Suggs, Wagner & Paolo. Blazers get a veteran wing to help their young guys and at the same time ease the logjam in their backcourt for a more balanced roster.

Maybe a first or second has to get added somewhere, or the Bucks give up a young guy, etc, but overall I like the structure of this trade. I think the Blazers are the biggest question mark - would they want Middleton at this stage of their rebuild?

Another consideration for the Magic - would they have enough depth at center? I imagine they could resolve this if needed, though.
