Celtics: Celtics want to get out of the luxury tax so they add a future asset in a FRP in return for Langford.
Hawks: Hawks gain financial flexibility because they drafted and did good trades, but they now have Capela, Bogdanovich, Collins, Trae, Reddish, Hinter and Huerter all needing money so they can't give ALL of that money or they'd be heavily punished in luxury tax payments, so they decide to trade Reddish for a first and a second which rumors are that he'd the off man out, therefore would do that.
Spurs: Add their future 5 in Nurkic, Josh Green and a second for filler (Aminu) and a first. Pretty solid deal for them.
Mavs: Add the secondary scorer they need in CJ, who can score and be the secondary playmaker, and dont lose too much D.
Blazers: They really need defense and depth, and they get this there. Kleber is a good 5 who can defend and stretch the floor. Langford and Reddish can both defend. They get rid of McCullom and upgrade their win depth. This may not get them a championship, but these players are all good fits to their roster.
