      Hi All,

This is my official entry for SixersGM's November trade Madness competition - I've attempted to address the needs of 5 teams while keeping it semi realistic, I'll explain the reasons for each trade down below:

Firstly the Suns: They've got off to a super strong start this year and have many remaining assets to improve the roster, namely Jae Crowder, moveable salary and all their picks. I've decided to preserve their 1st's in search of a bigger trade down the line but they address one of their two main issues in bringing in Eric Gordon. In my view the Suns are short a wing and a reliable bench creator so I've decided to address the later. Gordon is a perfect fit in the Suns, he can operate on and off ball, knock down the 3 at a high level and defend well at his position and guard up, he's been asked to match up against 3's in his time in the league. Looking at the Suns it's clear that their numbers plummet with Booker off the floor and Gordon provides the on ball juice that Shamet doesn't to prop up their bench line ups. More importantly he's had playoff success, a calm experienced head in the camp could go a long way to preventing another Dallas style collapse from last year and he even knows how to play next to CP3. It's also not a massive risk, if Gordon looks washed his last year of his contract is non guaranteed, they can let him go in FA and seek out a replacement sixth man in FA or from the draft.

Bucks: I just think the Bucks are short a wing defender in their rottion at the moment thus Crowder makes sense to come in and provide size, experience and reliability. He'd further imrprove them on teh defensive end and can knock down catch and shoot 3's at a respectable level. Bucks would hope that Allen's inpact is replaced by an emerging Jevon Carter and a returning Joe Ingles in time for the playoffs. Crowder can either close for the Bucks at the end of games with a healthy roster, I see them going supersized with a Holiday, Middleton, Crowder, Giannis, Lopez line up or he could be a heavy minutes guy off the bench who signs the extension the Suns clearly don't want to give him. EIther way it boosts their championship odds without giving up a 1st.

Magic: This is really inspired by MohidHassan, I've seen him post trades where the Magic pursue shooting, but this is lower cost than say, a Buddy Hield trade and he provides some extra spacing on the floor to let the likes of Paolo, Franz, Jalen and Markelle operate in more space to develop their skills. Allen is a fiesty 3 point scorer who makes intelligent plays when he has the ball in his hands, he's low usage and his defensive short comings should be covered by the Magics supersized front court, similar to how it is in Milwaukee. They pick up a 2nd as well as Allen as they move on from two drafted guys who don't quite have spots in the rotation when everyone is healthy. I think it's important to clear the way for the likes of Caleb Houstan to get minutes instead of continuing with Hampton and Okeke who don't seem to fit in Orlando.

Rockets: The Rockets get a great return for E.Gordon, 3 2nd round picks help to add to the young roster. Similar to Allen, Shamet provides great shooting to space the floor around the young prospects that the Rockets have and he also doesn't need the ball which Gordon kind of commands due to his talent and surrounding supporting cast. While the Rockets are in rebuild mode best to let their young stars get as many on ball reps as possible. Len is a super cheap contract who expires at the end of the year anyway and Hampton could be given a run in the guard rotation to see if a new supporting cast (one which provides more spacing) gets the best out of him. If not he's on a cheap contract and can be shipped to another destination next year.

Kings: Finally the Kings buy low on a young perimter defender in Okeke who can get out and run on the break but also handle difficult wing assignments. For a 2nd round pick and teh expiring Len this is a no brainer for the Kings, if it works Okeke coule become a super valubale member of the rotation and I think you could see an improvement in his shooting numbers if surrounded by the likes of Murray and Barnes with Sabonis and Fox drawing defensive attention.

Let me know what you think down below, I think it's a realistic tarde that leaves all 5 teams in a better place.
