It is time for the Celtics to move on from Tatum, is this fair value? (read description pls)

Everyday the gap between Brown and Tatum grows larger and larger, it is time the Celtics make the design on who they are going to keep. JB averages 26PPG without Tatum, however when Tatum plays he only averages 19PPG. Tatum cannot be a 2nd scoring option due to his ball dominate and majority of his scoring coming from isloations, and he has yet to bring Boston far enough in the playoffs for me to say he can be the guy on a championship team. However Jaylen Brown could grow enough off the ball with his already above average shooting off the catch ability to become the number 2 scoring option on a championship contender. With jaylen being the 1st scoring option on a team with the defence of Barnes, OG and Robert, that is a perennial playoff team. Boston being a big market in itself, they have plenty of room, when they get off Schroder, Richardson, Gragic etc, to sign a guy in free agency or to make another trade with there young assists.

I am not saying Brown is better than Tatum at all, however I'm not sure if Tatum can be the Number 1 guy on a contender, whereas I am confident that JB can be the Number 2 on a Championship caliber team, something Jayson could not be.

Note: this isnt really a trade for both teams it is more from the celtics pov and any team with young guys like OG and barnes couldve been in this trade. I just thought the Raps had the best offer
