Why each team would do this:

Miami Heat: They get an all star potential player in Shai Gilgeous-Alexander who brings defense and much needed offense to the heat. They also get a much needed Power forward in PJ Washington. They sign Anthony to be a scorer off the bench and bring in Hassan to provide defense and rebounding off the bench.

Oklahoma City Thunder: They only do this trade if they want to free up point guard duty to Giddey and give Holmgren more touches. Another reason for this trade is because they don't want to pay Shai the 30 million dollars he's owed for the next 5 seasons. Even though they get Herro and have to pay him next season they would pay him 10 million less dollars a year. They also get draft capital and a young player with potential on a long term deal.

Charlotte Hornets: They get three young guys with potential in positions they need with a first for a player they were not planning on paying this offseason.
