1. Trade JaMychal Green, Jeff Green, & 2026 2nd To The San Antonio Spurs For Josh Richardson

Why ?: Denver needs another 3 & D player that can play alongside Murray when Barton is on the bench or simply isn’t available. Richardson would be a great fit on this Jokic led squad.

2. Send Zeke Nnaji To The Orlando Magic For 2022 IND 2nd(#35)

Why ?: Nnaji hasn’t panned out unfortunately for the Nuggets & both sides can use a change of scenery.

3. Draft Marjon Beauchamp(SG, 6’6 185) With The #21 Pick In The 2022 NBA Draft

Why ?: He’s a solid guard with nice size that can shoot & score the basketball. Beauchamp is a great athlete that can rebound, gets steals, & block shots. The potential to be an excellent two way player is there.

4. Draft Julian Champagnie(SF’ 6’8 220) With The #35 Pick In The 2022 NBA Draft

Why ?: Champagnie is a skilled combo forward that can knock down shots from deep & contribute valuable minutes off the bench right away. He’s a decent defender but still needs to improve in some areas.

5. Sign TJ Warren Using The MLE To A One Year Deal Worth $6 Million.

Why ?: The Nuggets can use a guy like Warren off the bench in the 6th man role to be an energy spark offensively. We all remember “Bubble TJ” & Denver here gives him a prove it deal to see what he’s capable of while also allowing him to compete for a ring.

6. Resign DeMarcus Cousins To A One Year Deal Worth The Minimum

Why ?: Cousins has played very well with the limited minutes he’s received as the backup center behind the MVP Jokic. It would be smart to bring him back for cheap.

7. Sign Jeremy Lamb To A One Year Deal Worth The Minimum

Why ?: A veteran two way player to come off the bench & provide valuable minutes.

8. Sign Lance Stephenson To A One Year Deal Worth The Minimum

Why ?: A veteran two way player to come off the bench & provide valuable minutes.

9. Sign Paul Millsap To A One Year Deal Worth The Minimum

Why ?: We all remember Millsap’s time with Denver & I would like to see him return for one last run with Jokic & Murray leading the way.

Why San Antonio Does This?

The Spurs receive two decent veterans on expiring contracts along with a future 2nd & open up more minutes for guys like Primo in the rotation & whoever else they draft with their three first rounders. Sam Antonio can probably flip each Green for a 2nd to contending teams. Minor move for them that allows them to build their draft capital & focus on their youth.
