Pacers

Turner for 2 first rounders + cheap salary filler. This is essentially the exact deal that the Pacers are looking for. Cheap contracts to go along with 1st rounders.

Hornets

Plumlee + Martin + Smith + 1st rounder for Turner. Hornets don't have to give up some of their better players and they get out from under some of their not so good contracts. They also only send out 1 first rounder for Turner. Martin is an expiring contract.

Celtics

Schroder + Langford + 1st rounder for Tyus Jones + Martin. C's get some much needed bench depth that could be longer-term pieces. Jones is a play-maker and Martin has been doing well this year.

Grizzlies

Tyus Jones + filler for Schroder + Plumlee. Grizzlies get a good back-up at both the center and point guard positions for a back-up at the point guard position plus salary filler. You can swap Aidama for anyone making min money.

Overall

I think it's good for everyone. Maybe depends on how high the Hornets rate Martin or how high the Grizz rate Jones. C's may prefer their 1st rounder this year, but as a C's fan I'd take this deal.

What do you think? Is this fair? What needs to change?
