I know a bunch of people are going to say, "The 76ers are giving too many picks" but don't forget that Daryl Morey gave up A TON of picks to the Thunder to get Westbrook. I would say what they are getting in return, is better than Westbrook. So that explains the pick situation. The 76ers get Dillon Brooks, Kyle Anderson, Kris Dunn, and Jaren Jackson Jr who are all amazing defenders. The main part of this trade though, is Jaren Jackson JR. He is a phenomenal talent who is still very young and improving.
