The Raptors need to add some players to make a great roster. They are just a few pieces away, here they fix that.

Trade 1: C Domantas Sabonis, and SF Justin Holiday to the Raptors for PF OG Anunoby, SF Rodney Hood, a 2022 Lottery protected 1st, and 3 2nds.

The Raptors get their playmaker/rebounder/post scorer in Sabonis. They lose Lowry this offseason, so getting a guy who can average 6-7 assists in Sabonis is critical. The Pacers get their PF of the future next to Turner.

Trade 2: C Aron Baynes to the Hornets for a 2025 2nd round pick, top 55 protected. It becomes top 45 protected in 2026, 35 in 2027, and unprotected in 2028.

The Raptors get rid of Baynes and dump his non-guaranteed contract, Hornets get a center who could backup whoever they get to start

Select SG Moses Moody with the 7th overall pick

You get a wing who can shoot, defend, and be unselfish. He fits perfectly with VanVleet, and they don’t need playmaking since they have Sabonis.

Select PF Trey Murphy III with the 46th pick

They get a nice shooting PF, who can develop his defense and be a nice role player
