This trade works for every team here. These are reasons for every team to do this.

Trail Blazers: With Dame on fire right now in scoring and playing like an MVP candidate, why would they not at least try to help the other parts of the team? For the most part, the Blazers GM has been active in trying to contend with acquisitions for Jerami Grant, Josh Hart, Shaedon Sharpe, and Gary Payton II but aren't done because the 12th seed isn't even in the play-in tournament so there is more to be done. Giving up a couple of seconds, a solid young guy in Keon Johnson, and losing GP II could hurt the defense but they already have many good defenders.

Jazz: The Jazz would do this trade to let some of their vets go to better teams that really want to win. Getting John Collins back for those guys is really great for them considering his potential and who we have seen him be, and with Utah's development that should put him on the right track. The three second-round picks will give them more depth in the future too.

Hawks: Collins hasn't been working too well for them and they have been trying to move him but it hasn't been working so if they decide that they want to put more toward a trade like this, it would pay off because Boucher is a great fit for the type of team that they have and Rudy Gay can be decent off the bench

Raptors: The only reason the guys other than Boucher aren't in the trade is to make contracts work but they haven't fully been utilizing Boucher and if they can get GP and Kelly Olynk for him, that's almost perfect because Kelly replaces Boucher perfectly and GP II adds lots more defense to the rotation.
