WARRIORS: For the Warriors, you get a better bench, filling in too needs. Since they dont want to give up too much of their core (Moody, picks, Wiseman, Kuminga) they get 2 good but not great pieces, with a pick for Moody which is solid value.

KNIKCS: Looking at the Knicks roster, for the most part, there kinda young. The idea behind this is that they let Kemba start, and then you also got Quickly so they get Moody who can contribute as a 3 & D forward. This gets them younger and ready to have a better chance of winning it all
