This trade is really an all or nothing for a few teams.

For the Jazz it's really solidifying themselves as a legit team. They get another all-star guy who would work really well alongside all 3 other stars.

For the Raptors, it's a chance to "retool". You get Russ who can play alongside Freddy, but you also give Scottie and OG a chance to work as the 3 and 4 full time, with the somewhat logjam cleared out. You also get hella picks for losing your guy, but also for taking on Russ. This is under the presumption they fall out of the play-off hunt and want to reshape their team. THT is also something.

For the Lakers it's simple: any change is good change. You can do an additional trade or 2 to clear up the big man spot and get more shooting, but Love and Goran fit immensely better than Russ.

For the Cavs, you get 2 things; cap room, and more big minutes for Mobley. Presuming you still start him at the 4, you can have Allen and him rotate as 5's during the game with these 2 wings. This also gives them room to pay both their guards these upcoming off seasons.

All in all I think this trade is mutually beneficial, but that's just me. Let me know what you think! :)
