This can happen on draft night, if the 2 teams agree then the Wizards can tell the 76ers who they want, and then they could take him. I doubt they give more then this, I think this is the most.

Beal could ask out, I think he's considering it, hasn't done so yet, if so I believe that the 76era are one of his perferred destinations
