We all know how abysmal the Blazers are defensively. These are some moves that can instantly improve it.

  1. Trade Jusuf Nurkic, Nas Little, and 2 firsts top 10 protected for Myles Turner:

Why the Blazers do it: They get an upgrade at center and can give them a player that gives them better rim protection and more spacing

Why the Pacers do it: They get really good value for him, and can always use some of these assets to get an even bigger asset.

  1. Trade CJ McCollum and 2 firsts for Ben Simmons

Why the Blazers do it: It is simple. You are looking at a team that has a terrible team defensively, and you get someone who could have been DPOY this season.

Why the 76ers do it: They need more scoring around Joel Embiid, and CJ McCollum accomplishes that pretty well

  1. Trade two seconds for Kris Dunn

Why the Blazers do it: Kris Dunn is a very underrated player, and he has always been very good defensively, and he can be a good backup PG

Why the Celtics do it: They get good value for a player they don't need

After these moves, the Blazers have a rotation of:

Damian Lillard- Norman Powell- Robert Covington- Ben Simmons- Myles Turner with a bench of Kris Dunn- Anfernee Simons- Tony Snell- Larry Nance Jr.- Cody Zeller
