Jazz: I don't think they can go far this year, their line-up and playing style clearly has reached their ceiling. They need some wing scorers like Heyward(I know his injury history though), or maybe they can get it by Knicks' draft pick (or they can use this pick to draft a big if this pick is not high enough)

Knicks: Losing their 1st round pick this year maybe hurt, but this trade should make them a much better & more balanced team. Randle is still their biggest question mark though.

Hornets: Getting Gobert will make their defense much better, probably a no brainer
