Why the Warriors do it: DiVincenzo was great in his role with the Warriors a couple years back and fits right into their starting SG role. Melton is out for the season and they only give up a swap. Kessler gives the team an upgrade at center, something they need badly right now.

Why the Wolves do it: When Conley isn't in the game, they lack playmaking, which Schroder should help. He'll get everyone in the right sets.

Why the Nets do it: They get fair value for Schroder and take a chance on Miller.

Why the Jazz do it: They are shopping Kessler around and tank for Flagg.
