Cavs get a couple good young pieces for a mini-rebuild/reset. Butler could help the young guys get tougher and maybe make a playoff run or two.

Heat move on from Butler and rebuild on the fly. They give up two good young pieces but only one pick, allowing them to make future moves. As a Celtics fan, I would dread facing their team:

Mitchell - Murray - Hunter - Martin - Adebayo with a bench of Herro, Highsmith, Robinson

Hawks get decent value for Murray. Allen would be about as good a fit with Trae as you could want.
