Cavs - They get an elite defensive player in Anunoby to play alongside Garland and make up for his defensive shortcomings. Anunoby can guard 1 to 4 and as he has how this season, is a very good offensive player on top of that. They give up Sexton who is injured for this season and Osman, who has played well this season but is worth giving up along with the picks for someone of OG’s calibre.

Raptors - Ik Raps fans love OG and will think this isn’t enough for him but hear me out. They get Sexton, who has shown he can be an efficient 24 ppg scorers in the past, Osman - a do-it-all forward who can help any team and Lamar Stevens, a young guy who is on a good contract for 3 more years and plays good defense. They also get a ton of picks which along with Siakam’s contract gives them an opportunity to trade for a star in the future.
