Why it makes sense for both teams

Jazz: Before you comment it yes I know 3 first round picks is a lot. but Ingles and Gay have absolutely 0 value for the pistons. if they're lucky they can trade Ingles before the deadline passes otherwise a buy out is near certain. Gay would most likely only finish the season in Detroit before moving on himself. Many teams will be making offers for Grant. In my eyes it'll come down to the Bulls and Jazz and the Bulls having the young guard and picks in Coby White to beat out will be hard. Moving 3 firsts is the way to do it as they'll be getting this and next year to compete with Grant. Mitchell and Gobert is a championship duo and role players of Bogdonavic, Clarkson, and now Grant could be enough to get out of the West.
