Bulls: Lonzo has been dealing with an unknown knee injury that will probably keep him out the entire season. That’s very concerning and could lead to a career full of injuries. The Bulls have an abundance of guards and are in need of some wing depth and rim protection. Enter Jonathan Isaac, the perfect player for the Bulls. He will make up for the loss of Zo’s defense and compliments Vuc very well. They give up a question mark and gain one back, but they one they get is the perfect fit.

Magic: They get 2 SRP, but that’s not really the point. Isaac is coming off a major injury that has taken way too long to heal, which is a horrible sign. His contract would be terrible if he were to regress from the last time we saw him. The Magic paying 17 million a year to a guy who is coming off the bench is far from ideal. Here they get cap flexibility so they can ink new extensions for their young guys.

Anthony Ross Houstan Okeke Bol

Spurs: An absolute steal here. If Lonzo returns to anything like his pre injury self, this is a finesse. After losing Primo, they are shorter on guard depth. An ideal off-season next year would be trading Poeltl, drafting Wemby, and having Lonzo recover. This is a no brained deal for them. As for now, they would tank and wait for Zo to get healthy.
