1. Trade Tobias Harris, Isaiah Joe, & A 2024 Option To Swap 1sts To The Washington Wizards For Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, Kyle Kuzma, & Ish Smith
Why ?: Harris simply hasn’t showed up when it’s mattered the most for Philadelphia. He doesn’t play well under the pressure of a title contending team & needs a change of scenery. Landing two nice players in KCP & Kuzma to come off the bench would be a big win for the Sixers.
2. Send Matisse Thybulle & Ish Smith To The Orlando Magic For Johnathan Issac
Why ?: With a disappointing performance in the playoffs against Toronto & Miami, it’s time for Philadelphia to move on from Thybulle. He’s isn’t there offensively & is better suited on a rebuilding team to further develop his game. Acquiring Issac to be Embiid’s front court partner gives the 76ers one of the most exciting & best defensive front courts in the league.
3. Deal Furkan Korkmaz, Georges Niang, & 2023 More Favorable 2nd To The New York Knicks For Nerlen Noel
Why ?: Philadelphia needs a long term answer at the back up center position, since we all know Embiid will miss time multiple games during the season with minor injuries. Noel would be a solid option to go after.
4. Move Shake Milton, Danny Green, & 2024 2nd To The Houston Rockets For Dennis Schroeder In A Sign & Trade Worth $30 Million Over 3 Years
Why ?: In order to add a legit backup point guard & former 6MOTY to the Sixers bench. Schroeder would be a nice piece behind Maxey to come in & provide an energy spark. Milton had a very underwhelming season & was basically a no shallow in the postseason, so it’d be smart to use him & Green’s expiring contract to land someone of Schroeder’s caliber.
5. Draft Kendall Brown(SF, 6’8 205) With The #23 Pick In The 2022 NBA Draft
Why ?: At 6’8, Brown has great size for a small forward. He’s an excellent defender that has potential to be an above average 3 & D starting player in the league. Brown just needs to work on his outside shooting to be a real consistent threat in the league.
6. Sign Otto Porter Jr Using The MLE To A Two Year Contract Worth $13 Million
Why ?: Porter Jr has had a nice bounce back season for the Warriors & would be a solid addition to the 76ers as a two way guy & defensive piece off the bench.
7. Sign Wesley Matthews To A One Year Deal Worth The Minimum
Why ?: A good veteran 3 & D player to come off the bench.
8. Sign Taurean Prince To A One Year Deal Worth The Minimum
Why ?: A good veteran 3 & D player to come off the bench.

Why Washington Does This?
• Harris would be a solid fit at the SF position & secondary scoring option to Beal. A trio of of Beal, Harris, & KP should be enough offensively to push Washington through the play-in. Draft either Daniels or Washington Jr with #10 & they’re all set going forward.

Why Orlando Does This?
• With the Magic most likely to select a PF like Chet or Smith in the draft, swapping Issac for a player like Thybulle would be a great move. His defense would be greatly appreciated next to guards like Suggs, Anthony, & Fultz.

Why New York Does This?
• They get off Noel’s contract & receive two decent players along with a future second rounder in a loaded draft class. New York probably only does this if Robinson resigns or they acquire a new starting center like Gobert or Duren with 11.

Why Houston Does This?
• Mainly to receive a decent backup point guard in Milton & a future second rounder to work with. Schroeder probably isn’t going to stay so why not get what you can for him.
