The top 2 players connected to the Magic have been Simons and Thompson for a while now. If I’m the Magic I wouldn’t sign Klay to a long contract. I’d do a 2 year deal with a Team Option on the second year. I doubt the Magic actually get both Simons and Thompson but it’s an interesting possibility.
