Chicago: The Bulls get the two-way PF they need to round out their lineup, solidify their defense, and make a deep postseason run. Grant can solve a lot of Bulls problems. The Bulls also ran into issues when Ball and Caruso got hurt. Joseph gives them a ball handler that can play solid perimeter D. This is a really solid trade for the Bulls.

Detroit: The Pistons move Grant for Patrick Williams and Coby White, two young players with potential that fit their timeline. They also get a 2023 FRP via POR (lottery protected) in this trade as well. They get good value out of Grant and Joseph, and they should accept this deal if it is offered.
