In Beal, they get a much needed scoring punch. He can play alongside Melo with ease. This comes at the cost of a few young, struggling players. Kennard can play a nice backup role, or they can flip him to a fourth team. The New Orleans first is heavily protected, so they are essentially trading 3 first round picks.

Wizards:

Ah, a breath of fresh air. Without Beal, they can finally rebuild the way they want to. Bouknight has potential to be his eventual successor. Oubre and Bledsoe can help them contend right away. Somehow, they manage to grab 3 (or 4) first round picks. This is a big time trade that they big time need.

Clippers:

This is a STEAL. They get a star in Hayward who can costar with Paul George. Those two can lead the Clippers to a top seed without Kawhi. In this scenario, they hardly trade anything to get him. If they have the opportunity, they should absolutely take it.
