Hawks clear a roster spot trading 2 for 1. Hayward brings a win now type of player to the young Hawks team.

Pels get Dort for Sato and 2 picks. He'd help their defense and would pair nicely next to Graham during crunch time. Could also play next to NAW if they run point Zion during crunch time.

Thunder love Dort but trade him for more size and grab their own pick back. Reddish provides the same upside as Dort while not being as impact full immediately.

Hornets get out of the Hayward contract (not that it's terrible) and get back 2 vets who can lead the team both with their voice and play style. Gallo can help PJ and Sato can help the guards be a bit more savy. They pick up 2 future 1st in the process which could be big since the Lakers will be a completely different team at that point.
