I feel like there's definetely a trade that could be done between these 4 teams that would suit all of them based on their needs. Not quite sure I've found the right balance tho.

I'm not a fan of either of these teams so any 'unfairness' is just based on a lack of knowledge on either, the value of some of these players, or the direction these teams want to follow.
