Cavs - After Rubio going down with injury they need another PG and I think Williams is the perfect fit. He has a similar play style to Garland (Garland is more of a playmaker) and would be a good mentor to him. He’s played off the bench most of his career so he is used to the role he will be playing.

Hawks - They get a good shooter in Windler and some draft capital for a guy that’s wasn’t getting much playing time. It also makes Delon Wright the main backup for Trae which is better for them as a guard lineup of Trae(Lou Will) and Bogdanovic(Huerter) is far from elite defensively.
