After some feedback, I came back with a different version of my trade from yesterday as I think I was mostly focused on making the money work and not if each team was satisfied w/ what they were giving up and receiving.

Heat: In addition to landing KD, the Heat get back Bertans to further entice the Mavs to play ball in addition to getting Lowry. As a 16Mil player playing less than 15MPG, I imagine the Mavs would be happy to offload his contract and The Heat are actually a good fit since they're losing so much shooting in this deal (Herro, Strus, Robinson).

Cavs: The Cavs get a better fit beside Garland w/ a very good off ball shooter and good positional playmaker in Buddy Hield. And although Kleber isn't as offensively talented as Lauri, he's a legit stretch big and a better, switchier defender than Lauri who's also an expiring contract. I'm assuming the Cavs would also probably been fine to move off Okoro after drafting Ochai Agbaji. I'm not quite sure the Cavs are receiving enough back here, so the Heat could still offer them 2029 1RP/Gabe Vincent/Nikola Jovic to make it work.

Pacers: They add an offensive talent in Lauri that's still on their timeline (same age as Duarte) and can start at the 3 or 4 for them, which allows Jalen Smith to develop as a C or get heavy minutes as the backup 4. Duncan is just salary filler and a veteran presence for what would be a very young Pacers teams w/o Turner & McConnell. Strus is a promising 3&D prospect on a minimum expiring contract so he's kind of low risk, high reward if he carves out a role. I'm guessing IND would mostly be interested in draft capital so MIA also throws them a 1RP.

Mavs: Get a top 3/5 floor general in the league when healthy in Lowry, who they were interested in prior to his S&T to MIA. They also add Yurtseven who isn't a great NBA prospect, but he's a strong NBA rebounding big with decent touch around the basket and slight playmaking upside. I'm not sure how attached they are to Kleber so a 2RP was also thrown in there, maybe this goes to IND or CLE if DAL is fine with Lowry & Yurt.

Nets: I guess in this scenario, the Nets come down from their asking price because no team that KD wants to go to is willing to give up an All Star player in addition to so many picks. McConnell is in here to make the $ work. Turner is one of the rare Rim Protectors in the league that will be able to space the floor alongside Simmons. Herro/Sexton are 2 young and very capable on/off ball scorers w/ playmaking ability that still have All Star potential. Nets still need to add some defending to truly contend, so they also add Okoro who's only 21 and is starting to show more consistency from 3 and some playmaking abilities. The Nets would have too many players but I guess that gets figured out later, along with a Kyrie trade.
