Sixers:

They get Mike Conley and Dillon Brooks in this trade. This is a great situational trade especially with the Simmons drama getting worse and worse. Dillon Brooks is the same age as Simmons and is a better fit next to Joel Embiid. Brooks is an elite 3 and D guy with the potential to have a break out season this year and potentially become an all-star one day. Maybe he does not have the same potential level as Simmons but it is still a great return overall and in the youth department. Alongside that, you get a true point guard in Conley who just played his first season as an all star. He can bring great impact to this team; there were rumors in the past about the Sixers wanting Lowry to bring that veteran leadership, so getting Conley can make up for it. Finally, they make a swap with Green for Harris. Harris brings great defense and elite shooting.

Jazz:

They are in this trade to deal to fix some of the flaws they had in the playoffs. First of all, perimeter defense was a problem. Getting Dejounte Murray, who is also young, and can score in the paint, mid range and the three point is a massive upgrade. Though Conley was coming off an all star season, he is getting old and is not the best defender to play alongside Mitchell. Also, Thaddeus Young is in this deal and I think if he is on the team he would bring a lot to the table. The other problem that Utah has is that they had no length or size next to Gobert. Thaddeus Young will able to support Gobert in the paint area and also stretch the floor. In this trade they get more younger and more balanced as a roster.

Magic:

They make a blockbuster trade. Ben Simmons and Jalen Suggs would be one hell of a duo. This is a sweet deal because they don't let go of a ton of value. Fultz is an injury prone player and the Magic already has 4 other guards. Jonathan Isaac is great when he is playing, but he has also been injured for the longest and Ben will replace him. Wendell Carter, though he is a great center, he took away the shine from Mo Bamba and he would not be good alongside Ben anyway. Every young player on this team would flourish with Simmons. The Magic, though they would still be in a rebuild, would now have two potential franchise level players on their squad. Ben Simmons can develop freely while being in Florida.

Spurs:

They continue their rebuild by trading Murray, Young and Vassel for three younger players. Though Fultz and Isaac are both injury prone, the Spurs have a great health system as well as developing systems so both players can fully heal and get better and better on this team. They also get two young players from the Jazz who can really excel in a rebuilding Spurs. Udoko who shown potential to be a great big man in this league; it works well for both sides because the Spurs need a center anyway. Also, Elijah Hughes couldn't get playing time on the Jazz even though he was a 19 point per game scorer in college. He is gonna replace Vassel and both players will develop.

Grizzlies:

It became obvious that they want to be in a strict rebuild mode and this trade makes them younger. They get Vassel, who shown flashes of being a great perimeter scorer and defender. He can potentially become what Brooks is right now. Wendell Carter came off of a decent season for his young career and has potential. With the need of a center he can take a lot of minutes instead of settling with Steven Adams for the whole season.
