As you probably know, Rui Hachimura was traded for Kendrick Nunn and three seconds round picks earlier this week. A lot of people are saying the Lakers won the trade and I get why you'd think that. Rui can help them now and gives them some much-needed youth on the roster, and they got him at a cheap price. I'm concerned his contract won't be as cheap though, as he's already probably going to get a deal in the 10-13 million range, and LA has a ton of roster spots to fill this summer. Paying a significant portion of their cap space to Rui who is a solid player, but isn't miles above anyone else on the roster doesn't make a ton of sense to me.
