This is only done on draft night IF Jaden Ivey drops past Sacramento at the 4 pick...

Why for the Knicks? They use Randle,, the 11 pick and Kemba's expiring to move up 6 spots in the draft to take Jaden Ivey. Olynyk might get a look of the bench in situations calling for a stretch 5 but both he and Bledsoe (who would most likely be cut to save $) are just here as cap fillers

Why for the Blazers? A fresh reboot with two players who can play Robin to Lillard's Batman on any given night. Buying low on Randle could pay off huge for both the team and player as Portland is in desperate need of help for Dame and the change of scenery might refresh a player a year removed from making the All NBA 2nd team. Paring them with a solid 2 way player like Grant could make them dangerous out west.

Why for the Pistons? As nice of a player as Jerami Grant is, the opportunity to add an extra lottery pick and a player like Josh Hart is pretty decent value for a guy who doesnt fit the current timeline of their core. That said if Detroit values a player at 5th pick they feel won't be available at the 7 then this trade doesn't work. Idea is here that Detroit uses the 5 pick and Grant as leverage to add an additional lottery pick and a player capable of replicating some of what you're losing with Jerami gone

Have at it guys! Good or bad I'm all ears...
