Derrick Rose is getting older and the Knicks aren’t winning a chip unless they make a big move. An extra pick can tip the scales in a Donovan Mitchell or other trade. Duncan can also be value in a trade.

Why the Heat do it:

Drose and Herro can be a great scoring duo off the bench, and the 2024 pick won’t be very high. If Herro starts, Rose can be an electric sixth man like he was on the Knicks.
