Why for NY? They get a hard nosed defender who fits what Thibs wants to do while also freeing up minutes for Obi/Julius at the 4/5. I love Hart but we don't use him right and having Crowder fits our defensive schemes so much better

Why for Phoenix? Hart is the best backup big they've probably ever had behind Ayton and if used last year like he was with the Clippers he can be a weapon as he is a very good playmaker when sharing the floor with shooters. Good news is Phoenix has a few of those when healthy

Why for Miami? They need a wing badly and with limited resources, they take a stab at Reddish and hope to turn him into a quality role player. Truth is he could fit there as they need offensive creativity and a long wing to shore up minutes at the 4. Losing Dedmon isn't gonna hurt so it's worth the price of the 2 2nds paid here
