I know Knicks fans will hate this idea, but they can’t admit they made a big mistake with some of these contracts and with this trade they can correct those errors. In a different trade they could trade Randle and start fresh. Russell Westbrook although hated for some reason is not a bad player, in this scenario the LA Lakers include the 1st round pick because they get Cam Reddish over Kemba Walker, which for some reason the Knicks don’t like using Reddish. Lakers then sign Dennis and TJ Warren to 1 year deals. They could also use the MLE on Malik Monk, so you could include Nunn to the Knicks here.
