Suns need center depth now that McGee and most likely Ayton are gone. They are actively listening to offers for Jae Crowder. With Jae regressing a bit during the playoffs and the Suns' forward depth consisting of Mikal and Cam makes Jae expendable.

Kings don't need Holmes with Sabonis as the starting center. He's regressed as a result. He'd find new life in PHX as a sure-fire starter who can help with the pick and roll actions the suns like to run with Paul and Booker. THT would be a solid replacement as a more versatile defender on the perimeter and a solid cutter who would pair well along with Sabonis' passing.

LA needs wings. They need size. Using the TPMLE on another 6'4 guard in Lonnie Walker makes this need more pressing than ever. While he's regressed notably, Crowder is still a solid defender and is a respectable shooter from 3. He's tough-nosed and plays with grit which would work well in the system Darvin Ham is looking to establish.
