I think this could work for both teams. Lakers get 2 players who I think would fit seamlessly next to Lebron and still have room to fill out the roster. Pacers get a young guard, and no they have really good young guards that could help the team grow. Duarte and now THT. Russ and his expiring contract offer a release of these bigger contracts. Pacers still have so much room to fill out their roster, and if they don't make any moves this next offseason they would have over 70 million in room to work with. Russ also sells tickets and more than anything this is a business and IND would definitely get more attention with Russ on the team
