Trade 1 (balanced): Warriors get J. Isaac who is already good and could be the potential replacement for Draymond if they choose not to pay him. They also get a young talent in RJ Hampton that can grow behind their core of stars. On top of that they get a 1st round pick & a second rounder to sweeten the pot. Magic get a proven scorer in Poole to play with the upcoming young core of Banchero, Wendell, Franz & Suggs. Now if the Warriors want to stay more competitive right away they could want Cole Anthony instead of RJ, which is already more of a proven scorer and would somewhat fill the void of Poole better than RJ. He might not have the same upside as RJ, but is significantly more ready right now. RJ could take years to develop, but has more height & wingspan to start with.

Trade 2 (financial): If they want to save money, a trade for Cole Anthony & RJ Hampton + several picks to sweeten the deal would be tempting for the Warriors. Considering J. Isaac makes 17.4 million a year, and has injury concerns on top of vaccine hesitancy, this might be more reasonable for them. This is only 9.7 million in incoming salary for the Warriors. They get an instant replacement in Cole Anthony who could easily put up 14 ppg off the bench for only 5.5 million a season, and RJ Hampton who will likely improve this upcoming season with the Magic and be pretty decent by next season for only 4,2 million. On top of two young players, they get a 1st round pick, and maybe even more.

The Magic would most likely not consider trading any of their following core: Suggs, Franz, Banchero & Wendell. These are too important for the rebuild. Fultz's value would depend on this upcoming season, therefore hard to tell what would happen with him next offseason.
